The ground rules.

• What this site is

  yessieperez.com is where I share what I build and sell my course, digital products and services. Using the site means you're okay with these terms.

• Your classroom account

  Your account is for you. Please don't share your sign-in link, your code or your access with anyone else. The course is paid once: no subscription, and it stays yours. The free lessons stay free.

• The course and digital products

  Learn AI, Build Your Business is $97, paid once. When you buy the course or a digital product, you get a personal-use license: use it in your own business as much as you want. Please don't resell it, share it, or repackage it as your own. Stripe processes all payments.

• Workflow kits

  A kit is licensed to one person and one business. Use it in your own business as much as you want, and change the files to fit. Please don't resell, share, upload or give away the files, changed or not, or put them in a product, course, template or service of your own. Every download is stamped with the buyer's email and order, and comes with a LICENSE.txt that says the same thing.

• Services

  La Hora is $175: you pay, then pick your time, and you can reschedule for free up to 24 hours before. Speaking, podcasts and brand collaborations start with a message, which doesn't commit you to anything. We agree in writing on what's included, the dates and any payment before anything is booked.

• Refunds

  The course ($97): email me within 7 days of buying and I refund all of it, no reason needed. Other digital products: 7 days, the same way. La Hora ($175) is not refundable, but you can reschedule for free up to 24 hours before. A full refund ends access to the paid lessons; the free lessons stay open. • No guarantees, just real work

  I share what genuinely works for me and build every system with care, but your results depend on your business, your follow-through, and a hundred things neither of us controls. Nothing on this site is legal, financial, or professional advice for your specific situation.

• Content ownership

  The writing, courses, and materials on this site are mine. Quote or share small pieces with credit, that's fine. Just don't republish whole products or pages as your own.
