What this site is
yessieperez.com is where I share what I build, sell digital products and services, and point people to the free Build con Chispa community. Using the site means you're okay with these terms.
Digital products
When you buy a digital product, you're buying a personal-use license — use it in your own business as much as you want. Please don't resell it, redistribute it, or repackage it as your own. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Services and the Chispa Day
Services like the Chispa Day, setup sessions, and consulting are scoped in writing before any money changes hands. What we agree on in that conversation — deliverables, dates, payment — is the deal. Applying through the site doesn't commit you to anything; it starts a conversation.
Refunds
If something you bought isn't what you expected, reply to your receipt email and we'll figure it out like adults. For services, cancellation and rescheduling terms are set when we book.
No guarantees, just real work
I share what genuinely works for me and build every system with care, but your results depend on your business, your follow-through, and a hundred things neither of us controls. Nothing on this site is legal, financial, or professional advice for your specific situation.
Content ownership
The writing, courses, and materials on this site are mine. Quote or share small pieces with credit, that's fine — just don't republish whole products or pages as your own.
